Where can I find heat up instructions?

Once you receive your meals, you will find heat up instructions for both microwave and oven on the back of the packaging sleeves.

Where can I find nutritional and allergy info?

The nutritional labels for each item can be seen on our MENU page. Simply click the “Nutrition Info” link for your desired item, and its nutritional label will appear along with the allergens. This info is also available on the packaging sleeves.

Are the meals organic?

Food made from real ingredients just tastes better.  That’s why we’re committed to cooking with pure and all natural ingredients, including organic ingredients where possible.  We are serious about our commitment to clean label meals.  You can read more here about the chemicals and additives you’ll never find on our menu!

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are made fresh and flash frozen for extended shelf life.  If kept frozen, our meals will be safe to eat for up to 3 months from delivery.  You will find a Best Used By date listed on our packaging sleeves. Once thawed, our meals are best enjoyed within 3 days.

What ages are the meals appropriate for?

With calories ranging from 240 to 630 per item, our meals are perfectly portioned for anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Let’s be honest, age is just a number.  That’s why our menu was created for the young and the young at heart.

Do you accept ideas for new products?

Heck yeah! We are always looking for new tasty meals to add to our menu. If you’d like to see something specific on our menu, please let us know in CHAT, over social media, or via email hello@thewickedtasty.com.

ORDERING & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship meals to FLORIDA, GEORGIA, ALABAMA, NORTH CAROLINA, and SOUTH CAROLINA. Watch our website for more information regarding new delivery states!

When will I receive my meals?

We ship meals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All orders submitted by Monday at midnight will be delivered by Friday of that same week.

Can I customize my order?

Heck yeah you can customize your order! Just select your desired box size here and start adding meals to your box. You can add any configuration of meals you like, as long as the total number of meals equals the box size. Mix and match, and have fun!

Can I give the meals as a gift?

Absolutely!  Simply change the delivery name and address on your profile before placing the order and we’ll make sure it gets to the right place. You can even provide a gift note with your order, which we will deliver along with the meals!

Are your meals available in stores?

At this time, our meals are only available online. You can place your order here!

PACKAGING & RECYCLING
Are your shipping and packaging components recyclable?

Our shipping and packaging products are 100% recyclable. For specific info on how to recycle each component, please read the FAQs below.

How do I recycle the cardboard shipping box?

First, empty the box of its contents. Remove any personal shipping information from the exterior of the box. Use a knife or scissors to cut tape used to seal the top and bottom of the box, then collapse the box. You don’t need to remove the sealing tape, but most recyclers prefer that boxes are flattened to save space. Take it to the curb!

How do I recycle the insulated liner?

Remove the liner from the box. It comes in two sections. Once you remove the liner from the box, you can recycle the liner along with your other recyclables.

How do I recycle the ice packs?

Our gel packs are either completely reusable or disposable. If reusing, simply refreeze ice packs until use. If disposing, pierce the bag and empty the non-toxic contents down the drain. The empty plastic pouch can be recycled anywhere #4 plastics are accepted.

How do I recycle the meal packaging?

Our meal packaging consists of 3 components: an exterior paperboard sleeve, a paper or plastic meal container, and a plastic seal or wrapper. The paperboard sleeve is 100% recyclable alongside with other paper and cardboard products. The plastic meal container is recyclable with other #1 plastics, and the paper meal container is recyclable with other paper products. The plastic seal or wrapper is also recyclable along with other plastic bags.

What do I do if the ice pack leaked onto my meals?

Our ice packs are non-toxic. If a pack burst during shipment and leaked onto your meals, your food is still safe to eat. We recommend you rinse the outside of the affected containers to remove any residue.

What if my child or pet has eaten an ice pack?

Our ice packs are made of 99% water and 1% proprietary, non-toxic components. However, if they are consumed by a member of your household or if there is an allergic reaction, we recommend you contact your child or pet’s medical provider for medical advice.
