2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 TBL Dijon mustard
1 TBL anchovy paste
1 TBL minced garlic
1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper, ground
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and insert immersion blender to thoroughly combine. A food processor or blender will also work.
This Caesar dressing recipe is designed to be thick. If a thinner consistency is desired, just add water.
Serve with chilled romaine lettuce and toasted croutons. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh pepper, if desired.
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks
TIP: Pour dressing into squeeze bottles and label for easy storage and use
